Viruses can live on doorknobs, other hard surfaces  and skin for 2-3 days. 2.       Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze and Stay at home if you are ill for the first 48 hours.  3.       Increase Probiotics- taken daily will build up your resistance to viruses in digestive tract.
